perusahaan saya non pkp apakah boleh menerbitkan bukti potong pph 23?
bisa dan boleh. PKP urusannya cuma untuk PPN tidak ada hubungannya dengan pph 23 . cmiiw
Beda urusan. PKP = PPN, Bukti potong = PPh.

boleh,, dan malah salah kalau tidak melakukan pemotongan/menerbitkan bukpot jika ada transaksi yang masuk dalam objek pajak penghasilan 23/21/4(2). cmiiw.
Menambahi kasus di atas, contoh saya sebagai wp mengunakan jasa keamanan. Bagaimana saya menerbitkan bupot pph 23 ? Sedang saya bukan pkp.
