Mohon Masukan dan Saran Rekan Senior :
Perusahaan kami bergerak di Bidang Garment, saat ini sedang di periksa thn pajak 2022, kami menerbitkan faktur pajak dengan NPWP 000 dan NIK – Karena sangat sulit untuk meminta NPWP dan KTP ke toko eceran di pasar (market kami). Kebetulan tim pemeriksa mengenakan sanksi 1 % dari DPP thn pajak 2022, dan seingat kami PER-16/PJ/2014 dan PER-31/PJ/2017 Selalu di tunda impelementasinya karena sulit Sehingga di Buat PER-09/PJ/2018. Apakah Argument kami bisa diterima? Mohon tanggapan, saran, masukkannya serta peraturan pendukungnya.
