Halo.. Apakah rekan-rekan ada yang punya pengalaman menonaktifkan/menghapus NPWP PT Perorangan? Untuk pemeriksaan pajaknya, apa saja yang akan diperiksa ya?
Kebetulan PT saya baru dibuat 2023 lalu, belum beroperasi maupun bertransaksi, sudah ada akta pembubarannya.. Namun yg saya khawatirkan selama 2023 saya belum membuat rekening khusus PT dan belum setor modal.. Apakah akan jadi masalah/pertanyaan?

kalau memang belum ada transaksi sama sekali, untuk PT tersebut aman dan proses peninjauan Non efektif / penghapusan berpotensi disetujui, *desertai alasan yang logis.
namun “MUNGKIN” juga akan di cek ke rekening pribadi karena belum ada rekening khusus PT, disana beresiko kalau ada transaksi lain dari usaha lainnya atau transaksi diluar PT tersebut.
